It seems unbelievable in this day and age that Lawn Mowers were once made that use a steam engine to power them. Whilst they were never as common as powered mowers are today, they are not too uncommon and indeed, a number of complete examples have been preserved around the country.
Steam Powered Mowers were typically employed on Large Estates and Parks.
