April 2000 - Triton waits for the departure time on yet another train to Scably Mills

'Triton' is one of a pair of engines supplied by Hudswell Clarke (D573/32). Although rebuild several times, they remain the only motive power on this tourist line. The lines second engine, the first to be supplied to the line, is 'Neptune' (D565/31).

Until recent years, the coaches were unroofed and nicely matched the height and outline of the locomotive.
